The Company has assembled a Board and geoscientific team that possess extensive experience and substantial knowledge in the areas of mineral exploration, project evaluation and development, as well as having exposure to corporate management of both Australian and international mining houses and junior explorers. Such expertise has created hundreds of millions of dollars of wealth for shareholders of those companies through a number of significant mineral discoveries.

The Company develops only those projects with ore bodies that demonstrate significant economic potential.

The Company purchased the Long Nickel Mine from WMC Resources Ltd in 2002. This operation is generating significant cash flows at a low cost of production and currently has a mine life to at least 2015, based on reserves only.

Cash generated from the mine will be used to grow the Company and to reward shareholders through payment of sustainable dividends.
